Here’s a quick update on what’s going on in La Crosse real estate.
As you know, we’ve been in a seller’s market for quite some time. That seller’s market is still continuing, and we’re seeing a lot of our properties sell quickly for great prices. Properties are starting to come on the market in larger numbers, but they’re still selling over asking price.
In the lower price points, we’re seeing fewer buyers and some price adjustments. Even so, it’s still a great time to sell in this market because of low inventory and high demand. What about buying a home? In my opinion, locking in a low interest rate at 3% is a fantastic opportunity no matter where prices are, so it’s a great time to buy right now as well.
