As we head into fall and winter, many homeowners considering selling will decide to wait until spring. However, we currently have a wonderful seller’s market, and now’s the time to sell. There’s a misconception that spring is the best time to sell; any time of year is a great time to sell.

Since school just started, quite a few people have taken their homes off the market if they haven’t sold. Plenty believe spring is better, so they’ll wait to list. There is less competition during the fall, which means your home will stand out more. If you’re thinking about selling your home in the fall or during the holiday season, we do it all the time.
